Sursum Corda 2003 will be held Sunday-Wednesday, October 5-8, 2003. A hospitality room will be open for "early arrivers" to meet and fellowship from 7-10:00 PM October 4. The location:

This is just north of Chicago, and convenient to O'Hare Airport. The conference fee is $250 per person, which includes all sessions, single-occupancy lodging on site, and meals from Sunday evening to Wednesday lunch, October 5-8. Off-site lodging (and public transportation) are available for those who do not wish to lodge at the center. Such arrangements are the responsibility of the attendee. Ample free parking is available at the Conference Center.

You may submit payment with this form or pay when you arrive. Alas, we cannot accept credit cards at this time. Personal checks are fine.
