     The American Catholic Union is a clericus ("kler-ee-koos"), an association of independent (Old) Catholic priests, organized as a California non-profit, tax-exempt religious corporation, with IRS 501(c)(3) status, for the purpose of furthering the work of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

     We are open to brotherly cooperation with other churches and associations with similar aims and dedication. We are also dedicated to providing our expertise in organization and computer technology to other Old and Independent Catholic jurisdictions who need and want them. By working together, we can make the ideal of "One, Holy, Catholic, and Apostolic Church" come true.
